Nancy joined in  2007, with the desire to learn more about her community.  Coming from a large city with a paid fire service, she admits she had no idea about the inner workings of this company.  What she learned was that the firefighters train and practice to ensure that they are in sync when answering an emergency call.

In 2009 she was elected President and was proud to work in that position until 2017. She continues to serve on many committees and projects for the company. In 2025 she was elected Secretary.

Nancy is retired from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
