Guy joined the Cottekill Volunteer Fire Company in 2009 as an Associate Member.  His main contribution has been helping with maintaining the firehouse and the property. In 2023, he wanted to do more and after a conversation with one of the Captains he decided to become an Active Member  joining the Fire Police Squad.  

Guy is retired from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.  He enjoys visiting with family and especially with his grandchildren.
